Yes. The shawl collar bathrobe is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified, guaranteeing it is free from substances harmful to the skin. It is made in Italy, at the Almatex facility in Bergamo, near Milan, through a controlled, vertically integrated supply chain, and is suitable for direct contact with even the most sensitive skin.
How does personalisation work?

Tramilde bathrobes are personalised with embroidery. When requesting a quote, please email our in-house design team a high-resolution logo so we can assess the feasibility and cost of the embroidery you’d like.
Do you design the logo for me?

No. We can personalise the bathrobe with logos and lettering, but you’ll need to email us a high-resolution image of the design you’d like embroidered.
The colour I want isn't available from stock. What can I do?

Through our parent company, Almatex Srl, we can produce custom bathrobes. In this case, our team will first need to confirm the feasibility of a custom production before preparing a tailored quote.
How long does delivery take?

Non-personalised products are delivered approximately one week after ordering. Personalised products take 4–5 weeks to produce. Our sales team will keep you updated throughout production so you always know how your order is progressing.
How should it be washed, and how long does it last?

This bathrobe can be machine washed at 40°C, without bleach or fabric softener, and tumble dried on a low heat. Do not iron.
